Aquatic Management Group staff are trained to the highest of industry standards. All AMG trained lifeguards are certified by the American Red Cross, the industry leader in professional rescuer training. This means in the event of an emergency, our staff is ready to go.

All Managers are certified by the American Red Cross as lifeguards and the Pool and Hot Tub Administration as Certified Pool Operators. This means each day your facility receives an operational safety check that ensures it runs safely, all summer long.

And the training doesn’t stop there. Every day, AMG supervisors, lifeguard instructors, and directors travel to facilities, continuously training and working alongside lifeguards, managers, and attendants. This hands on approach means the best results, season after season.

Emergency action plan

The emergency action plan is never something we want to put into action, but we are prepared in the event an emergency occurs.

In the event an emergency arises at your facility, our staff initiates an emergency action plan, a series of response sequences that provide the best possible care.

Our American Red Cross trained lifeguards are trained for all kinds of emergencies, in the water, or on the pool deck.

Sourcing Proven Rescue Equipment

In the event of an emergency, you want the best of the best rescue equipment. That's why AMG only sources just that. We source quality, American Red Cross recommended rescue backboards, rescue tubes, top-quality AED’s, and American Red Cross hip packs, equipped with all the right tools.

This means that not only are our staff rescue ready, they are familiar with how to preform industry leading rescue techniques with industry leading equipment.
