From our experience, we have found that responsible, experienced managers make the difference.  We make it our annual mission to locate and train qualified adult managers for each and every one of our facilities. In doing so, we search your local County Schools to find enthusiastic educators to fill these management positions.  Then we keep them.   We make an effort to find a manager for your facility that will return year after year.  Having a familiar face at your club year after year, changes the atmosphere of your facility.

Servicing

We understand that your pool is the centerpiece of your community, and we are going to make it sparkle. Just because your pool doesn't have on-site staff, doesn't mean it shouldn't be clean, safe and enjoyable. We will take the time to make sure that your facility is looking its best, so that you may truly enjoy the time you spend there. Our service agreements are all-inclusive and flexible.

Combined, the Leadership Team of Aquatic Management Group have over 48 years of experience managing commercial pools throughout the Triangle.  We are a small but growing company and pride ourselves on having the time and resources to focus on the details.  We take a proactive approach to safety and customer service.
