Applications should sign up for a course immediately after interviewing. We treat the lifeguard course as a continuation of the interview.
Already certified? Great! AMG accepts certifications from American Red Cross and Ellis and Associates. You’ll be prompted to upload your certification as part of our onboarding process and will be verified by our administrative team.

Rehire is for applicants who worked with Team AMG within the last year. All other applicants are considered New Hire candidates.
What if AMG is new to my pool but I worked there last year?
Great question! First, we’re so excited your club has made the transition to AMG. However, you are new to Team AMG and should complete a New Hire Application. -
