New Hire NextSteps

Step one: new hire onboarding appointment (Triangle area team members only)

Schedule your New Hire Onboarding Appointment Today! Make sure to check your email for important information regarding documents to bring and paperwork that must be completed prior to arrival.

NOTICE! This onboarding is for Team AMG of the Triangle Only. This is the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Cary, and more.

Step 1B: Onboarding+ i9 VERIFICATION (triad area TEAM MEMBERS only)

Following successful completion of your new hire interview, you will receive an email from AMG within 48 hours with your onboarding paperwork via Paycom. Please ensure this paperwork is complete prior to arriving for your I9 appointment.

For Team AMG of the Triad Only, complete your I9 verification by attending a date below:

Step two: schedule your certification

Let’s get certified. Learn more about training below.

Note: Certification can happen simultaneously with steps 1-3. No need to wait!

Lifeguard and Lifeguard Manager Candidates: American Red Cross Lifeguard – BL (no emergency oxygen add on required). Please note we treat the certification as a continuation of the interview process.

Attendant and Attendant Manager Candidates: First Aid/CPR/AED (no online only certifications accepted)

Managers: Must also have Certified Pool Manager (CPO) Certification.

Step Three: complete Paycom checklist+

Teamresources

Make sure you’re ready to work! Complete all items on your checklist to ensure work eligibility. You can find your checklist online or your Paycom app.


You should also take the necessary time to review how to use Paycom. You can find videos and PDF guides in TeamResources, your home for how to do all things AMG.

You will need to create a login and password for access to TeamResources. We recommend using the same login you use for Paycom. After logging in, Team Resources will remember your phone and keep you logged in. You can even add TR to your phone’s Home Screen.

Under 18? You are required to complete a youth employment certificate (YEIC). You are not eligible for Step 4 until this process is complete!

Step four: Mtap facility training+Slack

Let’s learn the specifics of your facility. Your supervisor or Manager will reach out to you via Slack before your pool opens to communicate important information.
