Interviews for previous Aquatic Management Group employees looking to re-apply at one of Aquatic Management Group's seasonal Lifeguard or Attendant facilities in the Triangle + Triad Areas. All Rehire Interviews are conducted virtually through Google Meet.

No worries! You can go ahead and sign up. AMG courses are exclusive to Team AMG, so you’ll need to have a completed interview prior to the first day of in-person skills training.

Participants with an expired certification for no more than 30 days are eligible to complete a recertification course. Participants with an upcoming expiring certification are also eligible.

Yes! We treat the lifeguard course as an interview, reviewing your ability to work as part of Team AMG.
You will still need to complete your Group Information Session/Interview to be eligible to work.

It is recommended you sign up for a course immediately. Lifeguard courses will fill up and course caps are strictly limited in accordance with American Red Cross and AMG standards.
