Hiring Process

1. Identity Verification
New Hires will need to complete an onboarding appointment.
Rehires will need to come into the office to complete an I-9 verification. -
2. Certification
Lifeguards should sign up for their lifeguard certification training ASAP!
Attendants should sign up for First Aid/CPR/AED. -
3. Paycom checklist
Make sure to complete your Paycom Checklist as soon as possible to make sure you’re ready to work!

4. MTAP Training
We’re on a mission to deliver more than a promise. Your manager or will reach out as your pool opening date for facility specific training.

Onboarding is the process in which we introduce you to everything you need to know to continue your hiring process. We will also complete your I-9, a required process to verify your identity.
Make sure to monitor your email for what to bring to this appointment and important paperwork that must be completed prior to arrival. -
Steps 1-3 can be completed simultaneously! Pick dates that work best for you to finish your Paycom Checklist as soon as possible.
