Hiring Process

  • 1. Identity Verification

    New Hires will need to complete an onboarding appointment.

    Rehires will need to complete an I9 appointment.

  • 2. Certification

    Lifeguards should sign up for their lifeguard certification training ASAP!

    Attendants should sign up for First Aid/CPR/AED.

  • 3. Paycom checklist

    Make sure to complete your Paycom Checklist as soon as possible to make sure you’re ready to work!

  • 4. MTAP Training

    We’re on a mission to deliver more than a promise. Your manager or will reach out as your pool opening date for facility specific training.

Frequently asked questions

  • Onboarding is the process which we introducing you to everything you need to know to continue your hiring process. We will also complete your I9, a required process to verify your identity.

    Make sure to monitor your email for what to bring to this appointment and important paperwork that must be completed prior to arrival.

  • Steps 1-3 can be completed simultaneously! Pick dates that work best for you to finish your Paycom Checklist as soon as possible.

  • New Hires: It sounds like you haven’t done your onboarding appointment yet! Schedule today!
